PRICING
Q: How is pricing determined?
A: Our pricing is based on brand, condition, current market demand, and overall quality. Each item is carefully reviewed and priced competitively while maintaining the elevated standards The Remix Rack is known for. Our pricing allows for no charge or low shipping where applicable.
Q: Why are some items priced higher than thrift stores?
A: The Remix Rack is not a thrift store. We curate name-brand, trend-forward pieces, inspect every item for quality, and manage all photography, listing, fulfillment, and customer service. You're shopping a thoughtfully edited collection—without the digging.
Q: Is shipping included in the price?
A:
• Washington State residents: Shipping is built into the item price.
• All other states: A flat $12.90 shipping fee per item applies.
Shipping discounts may be available for multiple-item purchases—just reach out.
CONDITION & QUALITY
Q: What conditions do you offer?
A: Every item is inspected and categorized into one of the following conditions:
• New – Brand new with original tags or new in box
• Excellent (Pre-Owned) – Like new, worn little to no times, no visible flaws
• Good (Pre-Owned) – Gently worn, no damage or stains, broken-in for comfort
Items may also be listed NEW without Tags-Items that have not been worn or washed.
Q: Do you sell damaged items?
A: No. We do not accept or sell items with stains, holes, excessive wear, or damage. Quality always comes first at The Remix Rack.
Q: Are luxury items authenticated?
A: Yes. Luxury items are carefully reviewed and authenticated prior to listing to ensure confidence and peace of mind when shopping with us.
SHIPPING
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship via Ground within 48 hours after your order is confirmed. Shipping and delivery is 3-5 business days. At this time there is no shipping charge for Washington State.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Q: Can I combine shipping on multiple items?
A: Yes. If you purchase multiple items, reach out to us and we'll review shipping options when possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received.
Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: Yes. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are issued after the original payment clears and the returned item has been received and inspected.
Q: Are any items final sale?
A: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. (Unless the product is damaged upon delivery)
